A Certification is an accredited award indicating a person’s ability to perform/operate in a given area. Certification must meet Competency Standards set nationally or regionally. The national Competency based qualification is the St Lucia National Vocational Qualification (SLNVQ) and the regional competency based qualification is the Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ).
